19569月30日生,安徽怀宁人。1982年1月获农学学士学位,1988年7月获农学硕士学位,1999年12月获理学博士学位,2000年、2008年和2010年分别在日本东京大学、北海道大学及加拿大农业部做高级访问学者。2001年6月应聘到中国海洋大学,教授,博士生导师,食品科学学科带头人。安徽农大及东北林大兼职博士生导师,青岛农大客座教授;国际食品工业协会及中国农学会农产品加工分会常务理事。

先后主讲了《食品化学》、《创新实践》、《高级食品化学》等本科生及研究生课程9门,承担教学改革项目22项。其中,主讲的《食品化学》获国家级精品课程,主编的《食品化学》获国家级精品教材;主持建设的海洋资源开发技术专业、食品科学与工程专业及专业教学实验室,分别获国家级特色专业、山东省品牌专业和省普通高等学校实验教学示范中心。发表教学论文13篇;主编出版教材7部,其中国家“十一五”规划教材2部;指导毕业硕、博士研究生51人,在读硕、博士研究生21人。多次获省校教学奖励,2006年被评为山东省第二届高校教学名师。

10年来先后主持了国家自然科学基金等项目10多项。获省及国家行业协会优秀论文一、二等奖多篇,获国家科技进步二等奖、教育部科技成果一等奖及省市科技奖多项;受理国家发明专利20多项,授权7项。在国内外学术期刊上发表论文120多篇,其中SCI及EI收录50余篇。
