王玉明

王玉明 19734月生,山东荣成人,博士,教授,博导

主攻食品营养学和分子营养学

授课:主讲《饮食与健康》本科课程和《功能性成分与保健食品》研究生课程。

学历:1998获日本佐贺大学农学学士学位,2000年日本佐贺大学硕士学位,2003年日本鹿儿岛大学联合农学研究科的博士学位。20032005年日本学术振兴会博士后。

工作:20054-5月,日本佐贺大学外国人特定研究员,20056月至今,中国海洋大学食品科学与工程学院。

科研:主持了国家自然科学基金面上项目《DHA-磷脂的亚临界酶法制备及抗肿瘤活性的研究》、《鱼油对氧化三甲胺介导的代谢综合征的调节作用及分子机制研究》,主持了国际科技合作重点项目《水环境污染、水产食品安全及废弃物综合利用技术研究》一项,承担了农业部公益性行业(农业)科研专项子课题《贝类精深加工及食品安全控制》一项,负责国家科技支撑计划《海珍品营养保持技术研究开发与产业化示范》一项,参加《国家虾现代产业技术体系建设》一项,参加了国家863项目《高品质海洋水产干制品节能联合干燥新技术》一项,参加了国家科技支撑计划《神经细胞功能调节食品成分的制备关键技术、活性评价及其应用》等,参加了国家自然科学基金重点项目《DHA/EPA磷脂结构与营养在海洋食品加工贮藏过程中的变化》。

至今为止发表科学论文300余篇,其中SCI检索150余篇,第一作者/通讯作者SCI收录文章60余篇。参编著作7部,其中中文3部,日文1部,英文3部。

获奖:94届美国油脂化学年会奖; 2010年日本油脂化学学会JOCS Young Fellows Award2013年获教育部新世纪人才支持计划支持。
