一、个人学习/工作经历

学习经历:19917月毕业于青岛海洋大学食品工程专业,获工学学士学位;19947月毕业于青岛海洋大学水产品贮藏与加工专业,获农学硕士学位;20053月毕业于东京海洋大学食品生产学,获水产学博士学位。

工作经历:19947月硕士毕业后留校从事教学与科研工作。

二、教学情况

留校以来,讲授了“生物化学”、“食品化学”、“食品工艺学”、“食品原料学”等多门课程。目前讲授“酿造酒工艺学”、“中国饮食文化概论”(本科生)和“食品风味化学”(本科生、研究生)。

三、科研情况:

主要研究方向是水产品高值化利用技术以及海洋生物活性物质的开发与应用。
