牟海津,博士,教授,副院长,博士研究生导师,英国Reading University博士后,教育部新世纪优秀人才。

社会任职包括:中国民间中医医药研究开发协会海洋医学分会副会长、中国农业机械学会农副产品加工分会副主任委员、山东省农业机械学会水产专委会主任委员、全国无抗产业科技创新联盟副理事长、国际期刊《Marine Life Science and Technology》领域主编、《Frontiers in MicrobiologyTopic Editor、中国食品药品企业质量安全促进会功能食品分会专家委员、山东省食品科学技术学会常务理事、青岛市食品科学技术学会常务理事等。

一、所获奖项

教育部新世纪优秀人才、海洋科学技术奖、国家海洋局海洋创新成果奖、高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖、山东省科学技术进步奖,山东省技术发明奖、山东省普通高等学校省级优秀实验技术成果奖、山东省优秀博士学位论文、山东省研究生优秀科技创新成果指导奖、青岛市科学技术发明奖、山东省优秀硕士学位论文指导奖、山东省专业学位研究生优秀实践成果指导奖等。

二、科研情况

所从事的研究方向为海洋微生物工程。发表论文140余篇,其中SCI/EI 收录74篇;申请国家专利49项,国际PCT专利2项,授权11项。

(一)主持科研项目:

1、国家自然科学基金“海洋噬菌体及其聚糖降解酶的研究”;

2、国家自然科学基金“海洋硫酸半乳低聚糖的酶法制备与抗病毒活性分析”;

3、国家自然科学基金“利用海洋细菌胞外多糖制备空肠弯曲菌粘附受体模拟寡糖”;

4、国家自然科学基金“噬菌体源聚糖酶的异源表达及其对海洋岩藻糖基聚糖的多靶点催化机制研究”;
