个人简历

唐庆娟,女,博士,1971年出生,山东济宁人。中国海洋大学食品科学与工程学院教授,博士生导师,国际合作与交流处副处长。美国哈佛大学访问学者,山东省“泰山学者创新团队”骨干成员。国家自然科学基金通讯评审专家,山东省自然基金立项/结题评审专家,浙江省自然科学基金同行评议专家。

主要研究领域为:海洋食品分子营养学及贝类质量控制新技术。

近年来,主持国家重点研发计划的课题1项,主持国家自然科学基金3项、山东省重点研发项目2项,作为骨干成员承担国家重点研发项目、国家科技支撑计划、国家863计划、国际科技合作重点项目等课题十余项。发表学术论文60余篇,以第一或通信作者发表SCI收录论文32篇,影响因子最高为13.757。获得“山东省优秀硕士论文指导奖”1项,参与获得“山东省科学技术进步奖”一等奖和“教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖科学进步奖”二等奖各1项。

一、主要研究内容:

1、海洋食品及生物活性物质的健肠营养功效:

深入挖掘海洋食品及生物活性物质有益肠道健康的营养功效,并采用宏基因组学、生物信息学等方法探讨分子机制,为海洋生物资源的高值化利用提供理论依据。

2、靶向肥胖人群的精准营养:

综合采用分子对接、计算机虚拟筛选、细胞模型和动物实验等技术,高通量筛选具有降脂、降糖、减肥等生物活性的海洋功效因子,开发适宜肥胖人群的海洋功能食品。

3、贝类质量控制新技术

致力于光动力新型非热杀菌技术在贝类贮藏及保鲜中的应用,旨在提高贝类的食用安全性及产品附加值。
