   隋建新,男,1981年11月生,博士、副教授、硕士研究生导师,美国University of Maryland School of Madicine访问学者。

近五年主持国家及省部级课题4项,参与国家级课题5项,发表论文20余篇,其中SCI 收录12篇,授权发明专利4项;获教育部“高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖二等奖(第六位)”。

1、主要研究方向:

利用抗体材料,对水产品加工及贮藏过程中的典型危害因子进行检测与控制技术研究。
