张朝辉, 副教授、博士,1968年3月出生于山东省文登市。1991年毕业于青岛海洋大学食品科学与工程专业，获学士学位；1994年毕业于青岛海洋大学水产品贮藏与加工专业，获硕士学位；2005年获得东京海洋大学博士学位。1994年留校任教.
目前讲授的课程主要有：食品化学、酿造酒工艺学、饮食文化概论和食品风味化学（硕士生课程）。
研究方向：水产化学、海洋生物活性成分及水产品加工。
